• Account and business-profile data (name, email address, business name and settings): to create the account, sign in and provide the service; legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Uploaded images, logos, briefs, designs and exports: to provide requested design and editing features; legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Subscription, credit and billing-related technical data: to process payments, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations; legal basis: contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest.
• Support messages and bug reports: to handle requests, secure and improve the service; legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.
• Log and security data: to protect the system, prevent abuse and diagnose faults; legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Optional website analytics data, including page views, navigation, approximate location, device and browser information: to understand and improve the service; legal basis: consent. Google Analytics remains disabled until you opt in, and you can withdraw consent through Cookie settings at any time.

Stripe processes payment data when you pay. During AI generation or AI image editing, your brief and selected image material may be processed by OpenAI. Our hosting, email and technical-infrastructure providers may also access data to the extent necessary to run the service. If you allow analytics, Google processes measurement data for Google Analytics. Some providers may process data outside the EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards for international transfers apply.

We retain account and project data while your account exists. After a deletion request or account deletion, we delete or anonymise the data unless a legal, dispute-resolution, security or accounting obligation requires further retention.

Data required for registration, operating your account and the requested design feature is a contractual requirement; without it, we cannot provide the service. Law may also require retention of payment and accounting data. We protect data with access controls, encrypted connections and restricted access.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH; naih.hu) or seek a judicial remedy.

The service uses AI systems to produce the marketing material you request. This is not solely automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
