Terms of Service

AI Marketing Designer is an online marketing-design service. Users can create an account, upload image material, create designs with AI, and edit or export them. Use of the service requires an account and acceptance of these Terms.

The service requires a modern browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, plus an internet connection.

By registering an account, you accept these Terms. For a paid plan or credits, the contract is formed in Stripe Checkout when you submit the confirmation that clearly indicates a payment obligation. The contract language is English and we send confirmation to the email address you provide.

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for having the necessary rights to uploaded material. You must not upload or create unlawful, misleading, infringing content or content that endangers service security. You must review AI-generated output before using it.

Paid options, price, currency, taxes and recurring-charge terms appear in Stripe Checkout before payment begins. A subscription renews automatically for each stated billing period until you cancel it through the billing-management area available in your account. Your account displays credit use and current balance.

If you are a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from or cancel a distance contract without giving a reason. Immediate performance of digital content or a digital service requires the express prior request and acknowledgement required by law; we do not limit withdrawal rights without them. Consumer-rights and complaint information is available in the Imprint.

You may withdraw or cancel using the online withdrawal function or by sending an unambiguous statement to the email address in the Imprint. Where applicable, we refund payments within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the original payment method unless the law provides otherwise.

We take reasonable measures to operate the service securely, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from independent, unreviewed use of AI output. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Send questions about these Terms to the email address in the Imprint. These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the Operator's registered office, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
